Large Group Bicycle Tour

The Large Group Island Experience is the same tour as the Fat Woody Beach Cruiser Experience, but with locally rented bicycles

This offers the flexibility to select traditional pedal bikes, e-bikes, or trikes for older or less experienced riders. It also helps a group riding event fit different budgets.

You can also choose to start the tour at various locations around Coronado, possibly eliminating the need for group transportation logistics. Or choose a location based on the end of your group tour, close to a preferred restaurant for lunch or fun afternoon activities.

I’ll be your CEO (Chief Entertainment Officer) and super-fun tour guide for 3+ hours, complete with my Woody Snack Wagon filled with beverages and snacks for your group.

Ice Cold Beverages & Snacks Provided

I want guests to experience a first class adventure as we explore Coronado Island. Loaded with ice cold water and snack packs, riders can feel free grab something from the Woody snack wagon to get them through to lunch!

Start Your Tour Early

• With the exception of the Hotel Del Coronado, bike rental businesses do not take reservations. Starting your tour when these businesses open (9:30am-10:00am) ensures availability and no lines. Generally, these businesses will have plenty of bikes.

• The coastal boardwalks can get much busier in the afternoon, and chaotic on weekends. It also gets windy as the day goes on, kicking up sand. Bottom line, it is a much more enjoyable riding experience earlier in the day. Weekends and holidays can be extremely busy, so early is highly recommended.

• Ensure everyone in your group can ride a bike. We’ll be in close proximity to meandering pedestrians and this can cause a rider to have anxiety, affecting their experience and other rider’s experiences.
